Connect Cursor, Claude Desktop, or ChatGPT to Row.so with native MCP — remote Streamable HTTP at https://row.so/mcp or the local @rowso/mcp stdio package. Both use workspace API keys (rws_live_…) and the same scopes as /api/v1.
MCP is included on Growth and Scale only (with Webhooks & API). In the dashboard open Settings → API, create a key, and copy the secret (rws_live_…) — shown once. Grant only the scopes your agent needs (directories, items, pages, blog, etc.).
