Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no lock-in and no cancellation fees. After you cancel a paid plan, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Canceling stops future charges; it is separate from requesting a refund for time already paid.
Monthly subscriptions
For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial charge if Row.so is not the right fit. After that window, monthly fees already paid are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to avoid the next charge.
Yearly subscriptions
For yearly subscriptions, we offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your initial charge. After 14 days, the yearly fee is non-refundable, but you can turn off auto-renewal so you are not charged for the following year.
Lifetime deals
For lifetime purchases (when offered), we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days, request a full refund. Feedback is always welcome — it helps us improve Row.so for other directory builders.
How to request a refund
Email support@row.so from the email on your account. Include your account email, the plan you purchased (monthly, yearly, or lifetime), and a short note about why you're requesting a refund. We typically process eligible requests within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.
Exceptions
We may refuse a refund if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, chargeback abuse, or other behavior that violates our Terms of Service.
Refunds apply to Row.so platform subscription fees. They do not cover money your directory visitors paid you through Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Polar, PayPal, or other providers you connect for listing payments — those are between you and your customers.
