Welcome to row.so — a tool that helps you transform your Notion databases into beautiful, searchable public directories.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the row.so website, application, and related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using row.so, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting a Notion workspace, or otherwise using row.so, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.

If you are using row.so on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Use of Services

row.so enables users to connect and display Notion data as public or private directories. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not harm row.so, other users, or third-party platforms (such as Notion).

You agree not to:
  • - Attempt to hack, bypass, or disrupt any part of the row.so or Notion systems.
  • - Upload, sync, or publish illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
  • - Use row.so to build or market competing products that replicate its core features.
  • - Misrepresent ownership of data or misuse another user’s directory.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if your activity violates these Terms.

4. User Account

Certain features require you to create a row.so account. You agree to:
  • - Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
  • - Keep your login credentials secure.
  • - Accept full responsibility for any activity under your account.
row.so is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

5. User Content and Data

You retain full ownership of the content, databases, and information you connect through row.so (“User Data”).

By using our Services, you grant row.so a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your Notion data or any connected third-party sources. Your data remains yours.

If you delete your account or revoke Notion access, row.so will remove your associated data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to row.so — including its design, software, features, branding, and documentation — are owned by or licensed to row.so.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on row.so.

7. Payment and Subscription

By subscribing, you agree to:

Unless otherwise stated:
  • - All payments are non-refundable.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Services.

row.so may suspend or terminate your access if:
  • - You violate these Terms.
  • - Your actions compromise the security, functionality, or integrity of the platform.
  • - Required by law or regulatory request.

Upon termination, your account data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, row.so and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
  • - Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • - Service downtime or interruptions.
  • - Issues arising from third-party integrations (e.g., Notion API, Stripe, Polar).

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to row.so in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms periodically.
If material changes occur, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website. By continuing to use row.so after updates take effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
