Which email templates are branded

When active, your provider sends directory-scoped templates: visitor auth verification and password resets, newsletter double-opt-in confirms, and new-submission notices to workspace members. Platform Row.so account emails stay on Row.so.

Visitors see mail from your domain instead of a generic platform sender — better for trust on login codes and subscription confirms. You keep deliverability under your Resend or Mailgun account and DNS (SPF/DKIM).
